Meet Akshay Sutar, a 24-year-old entrepreneur from Navi Mumbai with big dreams. Even though he comes from a middle-class family, his journey teaches us that with hard work and passion, anything is possible.
Akshay’s dad is an honest policeman in Mumbai, always supporting him. While he wasn’t great in studies, at 15, Akshay discovered his love for acting by mimicking Bollywood stars in front of a mirror. Despite average marks in 12th grade, his family worried about his future, like many others around him.
His friends teased him for not being good in studies, but Akshay had a different plan. He wanted to be a job giver, not a job seeker. Even though acting was his passion, he knew it might not be a practical choice for a middle-class boy like him.
Things changed when he joined a YouTube channel at 18. Fame and money followed, but Akshay stayed humble. After four years, he left the channel to start his own ventures.
His dad was worried about finances, wondering how Akshay would manage. Searching online for ways to earn money, Akshay found blogging. After a few failed attempts, one blog about famous YouTubers caught Google’s attention, changing his life. He learned website design and SEO and later explored digital marketing.
Now, Akshay has four companies, including a digital marketing agency and an influencer marketing agency.
Right Now, He is earning around 6 to 7 figures monthly.
His plan for the next 10 years? Start more than 20 startups in India.
Akshay’s story teaches us that hard work pays off. He faced challenges, but he didn’t let people’s opinions stop him. As he says, “Work like a donkey for next five years, and the rest of your life, you will live like a tiger.” Akshay’s journey inspires young entrepreneurs to believe in themselves and follow their dreams.
