Country inn & suites by Radisson, Sahibabad a distinguished pure vegetarian five-star hotel renowned for its commitment to excellence, is excited to announce its collaboration with JITO to host an exclusive culinary event, “Zaayka,” in support of the nationwide “Mission Millet” initiative taken by the government of India.
As part of this initiative Mr.Pradeep Jain, Managing director host the venue for this culinary event, “Zaayka: A Jain Community Culinary Extravaganza.” This event, tailored for the Jain community ladies, to showcase their versatility in cooking and health benefits of millets in Jain cuisine, aligning with the dietary preferences of the community.
Sonali Jain from JITO (JLW convener), excitedly said, Zaayka is not just an event, it is a celebration of taste, nutrition, and sustainability. All the ladies from Jain community had a great time and we got good participation in this event by the homemaker ladies, shared by Parul Jain (JLW Co-convener).

This event took place on 5th Oct, 2023 at the crystal hall of hotel by featuring renowned chefs specializing in Jain cuisine. In addition to the culinary delights, the event included following highlights:
• Cooking competition centred on the art of creating a wholesome plate race, harmonizing 5 distinct tastes.
• Live Cooking Demonstrations: demonstrated how to incorporate millets into everyday meals through live cooking sessions.
• Health and Nutrition Talks: Experts shared insights into the health benefits of millets and their role in maintaining a balanced diet.
• Food tasting session and games.
